Careers

Our employees are the reason we are able to work towards our mission. Which is why every single member of the x+why team is empowered to make a difference.

Our values

We Celebrate Collaboration

We don’t have all the answers – we are always learning as we grow and evolve. Therefore, we bravely ask questions to those who know more than us. We collaborate with experts, and partners, and each other, and curate knowledge for the wider community.

We Prioritise People

Every action we take should put the experience of our people (members, employees, and partners) first. By considering what we say, what we do, and how we make people feel, we will ensure that everybody who comes though our door has the best x+why experience.

We Enable Impact

We always try to leave things better than we found them. We choose the road that benefits people and planet, as well as profit. And we support, inspire, educate, amplify, and connect the people who use our spaces, so they can do the same.

We're committed to cultivating an environment that promotes diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

We are a community and we believe our unique qualities should be celebrated as they are critical to our growth. It's essential to us that you bring your authentic self to work every single day, no matter your age, ethnicity, religion, citizenship, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, caring responsibilities, neurodiversity, or otherwise. Inclusion isn't just an initiative at x+why. We strive to embed it not just into our values but throughout our entire culture.
