Agile, Empowered teams, Self-managing teams, Adaptability - What does it all mean and how do you make it a reality in your organisation?

We have all heard time and time again that excellent customer experience and organisational profit are strongly linked to a thriving, positive internal culture - Purpose-driven, empowered, accountable, self-managing. It’s the lifeblood of the famous tech giants. It’s what all the best business books are talking about…it’s what success looks like now, and in the future. But, what are the practical steps we need to take to make that a reality?

Join us for our tenth Modern Day Wisdom event - where we mix humour and fun with genuine, insightful wisdom from the best in class. We'll beexploring how Vodafone, Openreach and Innogy are nailing how to create empowered, agile and adaptable teams.
