We are incredibly proud to partner with one of our very own members, Sweat & Sound, to bring you a wellness studio with personality.

Here you can discover a sense of balance, peace and purpose, as well as getting hot and sweaty, with a range of classes suited to every taste.

Book, or drop-in to, daily yoga, pilates, boxing, and HIIT classes and sink into an oasis of mindfulness with intuitive colour lighting and immersive sound.
