If you apply to a role at x+why, Taylor might well be the first team member you speak to. Our Operations Coordinator, and formerly a Community Associate at our Chiswick Works site, there isn't much about the workings of x+why that Taylor isn't familiar with.
We asked Taylor to share her insights and recommendations with us.
Taylor, What is your 'Why’?
I love coming to work everyday and feeling like I am making a difference and impact for good. Whether that be through simple interactions with our members, or supporting a candidate through their professional journey, any small action that can improve someone’s day is a positive step towards a kinder, more socially conscious world.
Tell us something you find helpful in your working day.
Always have a plan. I find it so useful to sit down at my laptop and know exactly what I want to achieve that day. Ticking these off the list is also so satisfying! It frees up my day to focus on priorities, and any other fun projects being worked on.

Something you are proud of from the last year and looking forward to in the next? 🎉
In the last year we have grown our team by 180%! We have been so lucky to bring on so many wonderful new hires and really grown our teams across the regions from London, Birmingham, Manchester and shortly Milton Keynes. It is so rewarding to see so many new faces and to see new passions and personalities helping x+why grow!
