For fully flex members, access to the work space is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week

Yes we have a wellness studio and meeting rooms, which are available for hire for a set fee per hour depending on needs.

For larger events the main space may be cleared on select evenings and weekends. For more information regarding prices and dates, please email reception to discuss your needs. We also offer changing facilities with showers, towels and toiletries, as well as a courtyard garden and 24 hour access.

We currently have four spaces located in East and Central London - Whitechapel, Spitalfields, Chiswick and Midtown

The x+why pledge is signed by all new businesses registering with the space.

The WhyB programme is a course designed to motivate businesses as they complete their B Impact Assessment (BIA).

Over the course of four afternoons businesses receive the support of dedicated B leaders and trainees, a network of peers, and an inspiring environment in which to meet and work. We run the programme in partnership with B Lab, who are themselves x+why members. B-corps are a new type of business that balance purpose, people and profit. The cost £250 per company and more information can be found here.

Yes we offer the flexibility of day passes. They are £25 + VAT.

Yes! We’d like to thank you for referring us to your network by rewarding you! If someone you refer signs up for a membership at x+why then you can decide whether to receive either (i) one free month’s flexible membership (available to flexible members only) or (ii) 5% of your referral’s monthly payments for up to one year deposited directly into your bank account.

Any Membership Fee that is paid on or after the 10th day of the month for which it was due (the due date being on or before the 5th), will attract an immediate 5% Late Fee charge and thereafter a Late Fee of 0.5% of the Membership Fee SUE per month for as long as that Membership Fee remains unpaid. By way of an example see the following: Invoice for e.g. £10,000 on 28th May for: a. £50 of disbursements for the month of May b. £9,950 membership fee for the month of June Date of payment would be no later than the 5th June If by 10th June the £10,000 has not been paid, there would be an immediate 5% Late Fee charged, so the bill would be £10,500. On the 10th July, if the £10,500 due has not been paid then there would be an additional 0.5% charged on aggregate of (i) the £10,500 due and (ii) the new invoice due for July and disbursements for June
