The x+why team are absolutely wonderful and have looked after us all at Buzz 16 brilliantly. Nothing is too much trouble, and they often go above and beyond to ensure we have a smooth-running operation in our offices. Our experience of x+why has been exceptional and that’s mainly down to the people and their positive, can-do attitude, as well as the outstanding building and offices of course!
x+why are paving the way for customer focus in the workplace here at 103 Colmore Row. The eighteenth offers a wonderful place for the team to break away for meetings, enjoy some delicious, fresh food for lunch, or treat ourselves to an afterwork drink for a company celebration or just soaking up the views over the city.
These days there are a lot of companies who have a bolt-on of purpose or have become ESG experts overnight, x+why aren’t like that and it’s rare to find a team that have such a deep sense of wanting to do the right thing, while curating a network and tribe of likeminded people who want to do the same.
Our team chose x+why because the organisation shares our environmental and social values as a fellow B-Corp. They also provide a wonderful office space in a very cool location! We benefit greatly from sharing x+why in Whitechapel with other purposeful businesses to network with. The team also wanted to be based in an office that could easily provide carbon footprint data for our environmental reporting
