My favourite moment of engagement at x+why... hard to decide as there has been so many. {/} The most recent and stand out was the Public Living Room. The reasons being I enjoyed the how friendly everyone was towards her and each other. It really highlighted the importance of creating spaces for people to connect and especially in times like these. The tone was just perfect; I loved seeing people from different companies socialising with each other and not just people from their own companies.
These days there are a lot of companies who have a bolt-on of purpose or have become ESG experts overnight, x+why aren’t like that and it’s rare to find a team that have such a deep sense of wanting to do the right thing, while curating a network and tribe of likeminded people who want to do the same.
We looked at a lot of office spaces in London when planning our UK expansion, but x+why had the perfect blend of productivity and relaxation we were looking for in an office. When you come in, there’s this scent of a perfect blend of coffee and wood, which makes it feel cosy and productive at the same time. The communal areas are all warm with with a lot of plants that make you feel a connect with nature and the office space had a lot of natural light. We couldn’t find a place that had the same feel anywhere else!
