Pitch For Six recently returned to Arding and Hobbs with a marvellous crowd of entrepreneurs, big ideas and a strong sense of local pride. The event is x+why’s signature early stage pitching competition.
Together with our collaborators, 5,183 items collected and £1,090 raised. From food and warm clothes to toys, toiletries and time volunteered, every contribution made a difference, we can drive great impact much further by working together.

In 2025, the introduction of the new x+why app unlocks numerous new ways for our member base to connect with each other and with our every service.

As we reflect on this year, we’re super proud of the community and impact we’re building together, one rooted in connection, belonging and meaningful progress. From the growth and diversity of our spaces, to the strength and achievements of our member network and team, this report is testament to what happens when great people come together.
We undertook our B Corp recertification this year as an entire team, this continues to be an incredibly valuable tool for us. It gives us a structured way to challenge ourselves, track progress and identify small but meaningful improvements across every part of the business. It keeps us accountable, focused and always moving forward.
We don't aim or claim to be perfect. It's all about continuous improvement. Looking ahead, our sights are on clarity of brand proposition, enabling even greater network accessibility and delivering exceptional hospitality in every service line.
