What if two people refer the same person?
The first submission we receive (by timestamp) gets the reward. So don't wait - submit as soon as you make the introduction.
When do they get paid?
Within 30 days of a referral signing, moving in, and paying their first two months in full. We'll reach out to collect bank details once the conditions are met.
Is the £250 taxable?
The reward is paid gross. You're responsible for declaring it if required - please check with your accountant if unsure.

How long does the deal need to close?
Within 4 months of your introduction.
What counts as a valid referral?
Any new introduction where x+why isn't already in conversation with the company. Once a viewing is booked, your referral position is secured.

Who's eligible?
Any x+why members. Must be 18+. Current x+why employees and registered commercial property brokers who already have a commission agreement with us are not eligible.
